HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the entry form on our website and sign up to be an affiliate on commissionfavors.com. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. One entry per person.

CONTEST RULES:
ENTRY: During the period beginning at 12:01 A.M. PST, December 15, 2009, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. PST January 15, 2010 (“Entry Period”).
LIMITATIONS: All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. PST, January 15, 2010. Open only to persons who are 18 or older upon entering and legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states, D.C. or Canada. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local and municipal laws and regulations.
PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE: A total of one Grand Prize Package of ULTIMATE VEGAS GIRLS’ NIGHT OUT from Orbitel International worth around $900 will be awarded to one individual. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”):  $900. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Orbitel International retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. Prize includes: (6) tickets Stripper 101 classes, (6) American Storm tickets, (6) garters, (6) official Stripper 101 licenses, (1) Sweetheart Pink Favor Cake 3-Tier. PLUS Drink coupons, nightclub passes to other venues and other fun coupons and discounts. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may occur.
PROCEDURES: On or about January 18, 2010, in a random drawing, the potential winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
WINNER: By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within five (5) days.  [2] potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she signed up as an affiliate on commissionfavors.com.
