LAS VEGAS- AUGUST 16-18, 2009- The Tuscany Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, hosted this fantastic event.  There was a Couture Balloon Fashion Show that was presented as part of Diamond Jam and Summer Balloon Camp on Sunday August 16th. Master Balloonists presented their fashions and others competed for the coveted “Fashion Designer of the Year” Award. The 2009 theme for the Fashion Show was “Hollywood, The Golden Years.” Also, NBC’s The TODAY SHOW was in attendance at Balloon Camp.
